I check the information as soon as I receive the project I believe the information is already correct and I don't check it, I'll just check it when I start the project

Send questions by email. I speak to the Project Manager via Skype or WhatsApp. I send questions at the end of the translation so that the reviewer can see my questions. I send a spreadsheet during the translation process. I don't send questions, I prefer to solve them using internet research.

As soon as I detect the problem, I notify the Project Manager, providing examples of at least three errors found. When I run Xbench, along with the glossary, I only run it for the part I worked on. I run xbench containing all the material, and mark the false positives in the Excel report, which should not be revised, and return the project. I notify the Project Manager without providing examples, wait for a response from the client and continue carrying out my work.

12. Regarding feedback from reviewers and customers. We usually have to respond to customers' linguistic questions and comments after the project has been returned.

You take time once you receive feedback to respond. You respond when you have free time. You don't usually respond to comments.
